Boxing Instruction
Enroll in our Fight Skills classes and build a base of effective sportfighting and self-defense techniques and knowledge. Explore the mechanics and rationale behind striking, refining your skills by practicing with a partner and mitts. Cultivate confidence by gaining a deeper understanding of your body’s capabilities and how to employ them effectively. For those seeking a heightened challenge, choose to engage in live sparring to integrate your newfound skills and knowledge.
Muay Thai Kickboxing Instruction
The Fight Skills classes will teach you how to use your body to defend yourself. You'll learn about the hows and whys of striking, practice and hone your skills with a partner hitting mitts, and build the confidence that comes from knowing better what your body is capable of and how to use it. You can take those skills up a notch and practice live sparring if you want, or take your new skills/knowledge to your fight shape classes to make things more interesting. Just like the life you're creating for yourself, you're in control of the intensity and contact level.
